What do you do when you are in a mental turmoil?

When your intentions are questioned and hopes are dashed it is normal to be in a mental turmoil and all the positive words are but mirages to you.It is also normal to be go into a mental self-pity and wallow in it. 


Just for a moment stop analysing and just realise that  your mind is in a quandary. 


So the only thing you can do is to bring your mind back to the present moment gently. Absorb your self in the present moment. And tell yourself what you  are doing in the present moment...


In a matter of a few minutes your rippled mind will be serene again. A serene mind can create miracles and open new  doors of opportunity....

We all know that deep down we are a wonderful person. Sometimes due to our instinctive nature we react with anger, frustration, jealousy, fear and say or do things.

Ask yourself today what a better version of you would talk like, walk like, joke like, work like,think like, smile like.......Visualize  that version.

Are you a prisoner in your own life?

We sometimes waste our valuable energy on chronic complainers, lazy people, blame throwers....the sad part is sometimes we even feel guilty for not being there for them.....Walk away from them not in anger or frustration or resentment but with positive detachment....The truth is it takes wisdom and mental fortitude to walk away from their negative force field. Be free so you could be at your best....


When you blame others for your predicament you are a prisoner.....because unconsciously you have given the key of responsibility of your life to others....Taking responsibility means opening your mind and seeing your failure and adversity as they are and not what you expected it to be....then you will see the seed ofopportunity or the path to your next destination....

Is your mind chattering ?


Many people confuse mind chatter with thinking which it is not. So they wonder why they feel so tired everyday and are not able to accomplish their tasks with excellence.


Mind chatter blocks your creativity, distracts you, gossips about your friends and things a round you, prevents concentration.

When everything is going right in your life, mind chatter will find trouble to destroy that peace and love.

Mind chatter burns valuable energy away. Stop the mind chatter for a moment and you know what i mean...


How to do it?
Just watch yourself when you mind chatters. be aware. When you start observing it will start to ease own and disappear.

When you have silences between your thoughts , then inspiration seeps in and that benefits you.

When was the last time you made a new friend?

When you think about that line, you realise that most of the times you could have just paid lip service and did not actually care about them. Most of the time people do not know the difference between friends and acquaintances...just becoz you spend more time with a person does not make them your friend.

So set about today with a mind set to be kind and gracious and treat people well. Your life will not be the same again.
One question i always ask myself is when was the last time i made a new friend? For me it was yesterday. What about you? Why are they no new people in your life to befriend you? these questions sometimes will open up your heart to new people who will appreciate you more and make your life heaven on earth.
