To ensure you have enormous balance of energy you can follow these steps.
1. Get enough sleep. Teenagers need 9 1/2 hours a day.
2. When you get up-think of 3 things you are grateful for. Feel your body with that happy energy.
3. Play a game, do things that brings joy to you.
4. Avoid unnecessary/excessive talking.
5. Avoid volunteering for unnecessary tasks and do not take on more responsibilities then you can handle.
